The National Super Kids Classic is a non-profit organization committed to providing safe and organized Soap Box Derby races for children with disabilities from around the world – providing the opportunity to experience the thrill and excitement of gravity racing down the All-American Soap Box Derby Hill in Akron, Ohio.!
How it Works
Local Super Kids races are held throughout the year. Winners from each local Super Kids race advance to the National Super Kids Classic. Each July our race is held in conjunction with the All-American Soap Box Derby at the world famous Derby Downs Track in Akron, Ohio.

In 2024 The National Super Kids Classic drew 38 gravity racers from throughout the country to compete in an event that gives them an opportunity to shine in spite of their challenges.
